Nathan Lausmann is a U.S. Air Force pilot and cyber warfare officer. He has held numerous military roles involving tactical command and control and joint special operations missions.
He graduated magna cum laude with an Honors Bachelor of Science (HBS) in industrial engineering and aerospace from Oregon State University. His undergraduate research on leadership development was later peer-reviewed and published. He earned his civilian flight ratings from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is currently pursuing a Master's of Systems Engineering degree at Johns Hopkins University.
Nathan's diverse work history began at age 15 and includes roles in national park administration, non-profit executive operations, corporate information technology, secondary and higher education development, law enforcement, and defense engineering.
He has been in formal leadership roles for over 10 years, being placed at the helm of organizations as large as 2,500 people. He excels at identifying organizational weaknesses and developing systematic improvements, and has been widely recognized for superior performance and leadership ability.
Dedicated to helping others, Nate has contributed nearly 4,000 volunteer hours. His hobbies include running, swimming, weightlifting, snowboarding, backpacking, cooking, movies, and personal finance. He hopes to visit every state, U.S. national park, and country in the world.
